Rockingham County Public Health has published a new series of infographics to accompany its 2023-2024 Community Health Assessment (CHA) document. Every four years, Public Health works with community organizations and individuals on the CHA in order to identify health concerns and trends in the county, as well as resources and gaps that need to be addressed. The most recent CHA and its appendices total more than 200 pages, so these infographics are intended to provide a summary of key findings at a glance.
