See the CHARTERS OF FREEDOM at the Justice Center

This Rockingham County 4-1-1 features Charlie Hall, Chairman of the Rockingham County Board of Commissioners, and Bonnie Joyner, a civic leader from Eden.  They offer a personal invitation to visit, learn and appreciate the CHARTERS OF FREEDOM (full scale-replicas of the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights), located in the heart of Rockingham County.  In addition, they explain how this rich, educational resource became the 33rd Charters of Freedom site in the nation, at the Rockingham County Judicial Center in Wentworth (Courthouse).
