Rockingham County's Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Special Supplemental Nutrition Program welcomes you!
WIC is a supplemental nutrition program funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
WIC provides access to healthy food, breastfeeding support, and encouragement for moms-to-be, new moms, and families with young children up to their fifth birthday.
To participate, applicants must:
- Have a medical or nutritional need determined by an assessment from the WIC Nutritionist at your visit.
WIC provides:
Nutritious Foods (English || Spanish), Nutrition Education, as well as Breast Feeding Promotion and Support to eligible participants.
We offer fee Free Interpretation Services available assistance at WIC visits.
