Pediatric Primary Care
The
Pediatric Primary Care program provides diagnostic treatment,
prevention, and follow-up services to patients from birth to 21 years
old. Clients must meet financial eligibility.

Appointments
Call the Health Department and ask to schedule your child an appointment. If you have been seen by another medical office (including the Emergency Room), it would be helpful to have those records along with a list of any medications your child is taking. We request that you bring your insurance information and proof of income to your child’s appointment.
Clinic Hours
The Clinic schedules appointments Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4pm.
We offer extended hours on Thursdays until 7 pm.

Paying for Medical Services
Rockingham County Health Department accepts Medicaid and most insurances. Please call to see if we accept your insurance type. For those with no insurance, we charge for services according to your income and family size.
Language Assistance
The Health Department employs Spanish interpreters and has access to telephone interpretation services for many other languages.
