Notice: When requesting services by mail, provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Provide correct fee amounts, made payable to the Register of Deeds. Overpayments are handled according to County policy -- The Rockingham County Finance Department retains overpayments of fees received in the mail of ten dollars ($10.00) or less in the Rockingham County general fund and provides refunds for overpayments of greater than ten dollars ($10.01).
