Temporary Shelter
Fresh Start is an intensive family counseling program that provides family counseling and cognitive behavioral therapy for youth and their parents. Fresh Start operates in all of District 17 (Stokes, Surry and Rockingham Counties) with Rockingham County as administrator and is specifically for juvenile court referred youth.
