• Unaffiliated Voters who did not vote in the 1st Primary may vote Democrat or Republican in the 2nd Primary.
• Unaffiliated Voters who voted a Democrat ballot in the 1st Primary must vote a Democrat ballot in the 2nd Primary.
• Unaffiliated Voters who voted a Republican ballot in the 1st Primary must vote a Republican ballot in the 2nd Primary.
• Unaffiliated Voters who voted Unaffiliated in the 1st Primary cannot vote Democrat or Republican in the 2nd Primary.
• If someone voted a Provisional Ballot in the Primary and it got counted they can vote in the 2nd Primary.
