What is a Municipal Election?
A Municipal Election is a non-partisan Election held every two years in odd-numbered years to elect members of a municipality's governing bodies. There are 6 municipalities whose boundaries lie within Rockingham County: Eden, Madison, Mayodan, Reidsville, Stoneville, and Wentworth.
City of Eden

- Mayor – 4 Year Terms (Next Election: 2025)
- City Council – 7 Members (1 Member per Ward – 7 Wards)
- City Council – 4 Year Terms – Staggered (Next Election: 2025 - Ward 3,4,5) (Next Election: 2027 - Ward 1,2,6,7)
- Candidates must live in ward to run
- Voted on at large (Must live in city limits)
